We currently has a pass rate of 89% for the Customer Service Level 1. Students complete an external exam
We have had funding released to do Apprenticeships and Advanced Apprenticeships with people over the age of 25. This is good news as recently this has only been available to people working within the public sector.
Apprenticeships are available in Customer Service, Business Administration, ITQ User, Team Leading and Warehousing and Storage. Advanced Apprenticeships are available in Customer Service, Business Administration, ITQ User and Management.

We are moving to Knightsbridge Place, Nottingham Road, Ripley in summer 2010. This will enable us to expand our courses for young people to help them take the next step towards work, apprenticeships or further education.
As part of our Foundation Learning programme, we are introducing Hospitality and Catering, Sport and Leisure, Hair and Beauty, Business and Administration and Horticulture. This will enhance our existing offer of Customer Service, IT and Preparation for Work (Work This Way)
