Our Approach to Training

Acorn receive financial assistance from the Learning & Skills Council (LSC) towards the cost of Apprenticeships, for your employees aged 16-24. However, Acorn are able to offer some free government funded NVQ courses to your employees over 25. Plus, we can also provide commercial training rates should you wish to pay for your training.

We try to ensure that paperwork is there to prove that training is taking place effectively and that your employee is in a safe working environment. Don't despair though, as we will handle almost all of the administrative requirements.

Acorn can help you recruit a suitable young person (aged 16-24) who we will then train in your company.
