Train to Gain is a work-based training programme designed to help staff gain skills and knowledge to help you and your business. These opportunities may be funded, subject to eligibility terms and conditions
Train to Gain can help you improve your productivity and give you a competitive edge by training staff so that they have the right skills to do their job.

- Skills 4 Life Literacy
- Skills 4 Life Numeracy

- Specialist Plant Machinery Operations (with forklift licence)

Eligibility
If you don't already have a Level 2 qualification or equivalent the above courses can be fully funded by the Skills Funding Agency.
If you already have a Level 2 or equivalent the courses are available at £400. The Skills Funding Agency will pay the rest of your training fees.
